I'm building a 6'x 6' x 8' frame, to be used as a "greenhouse" insdie my attached, unheated garage. Will use a 600W MH setup to provide lighting and heat. I'd appreciate any advice to the following questions:

[1] What's a good material to use to cover this frame?

[2] Should I leave the top (where the light will hang) for ventilation?

[3] Should I leave my potted plumerias on the concrete floor , or on a table?

[4] What should I cover the floor with, same material used on the sides?

[5] I'm planning running the lights 12 hr/day, what about an oscillating fan, how many hours is adequate, run at the same time as the lights, or when the lights are off?
