| I have a 18x30' greenhouse for sale.
It's equipped with a 24" exhaust fan that is sized appropriately to ventilate the heat from our California sun. The fan comes with a thermostat for automatic operation.
A fully automated wet wall is also included. The pump, float valves, manifold etc are all working. The wet wall will keep the greenhouse cool when used with the exhaust fan. A free humidistat is used to control the wet wall for automation. The bones are made of 100% Redwood so you don't have to worry about bugs eating away at the wood. It's the most expensive wood material available and will last many many more years to come. Bottom of the greenhouse is made of pressure treated wood so that it cannot rot. Skin is twinwall polycarbonate. It will keep the heat/cold in and in Southern California you can use the greenhouse year round. Twinwall polycarbonate has much better insulation value than greenhouse film. It is also guaranteed for least 10 years. We've had the greenhouse for about 3 years. This greenhouse was made the right way with the right Uchannels, bolts, etc. There are lights, and electrical outlets installed throughout the greenhouse. Everything is included. The tools, etc that we are storing inside are not included. We're selling the greenhouse because it is not being put to use. We're simply using it as a storage shed and hope that someone can take this off our hands and grow some plants in it! You will need to take apart everything, transport it, and then rebuild at your location. We paid 10,000 for it and are also for $5000 OBO. You're going to need at least 3-4 guys to get this job completed. If you do get the greenhouse we want the whole thing removed in 2 days. Sorry we don't have much time... You can see more pictures here.
