Will a Cold Frame be Sufficient?

Hello, if anyone can point me to websites with info, I'd appreciate it - just didn't find much by Googling.

We're in zone ~6B and would like to grow citrus as well as other crops year round. So effectively we need to create a micro-climate that does not drop to 32* (right?).

We're looking at a hoop house cold frame that is around 15x36 with 9' cieling. I'm trying to figure out what it will take to reliably keep this above 32* without heating it.

Also curious how you keep a hoop house cold frame sealed on the ends? I envision we'd use 2x4s to frame in a 'door', but it doesn't seem like that's part of the 'design' for most hoop houses.

Thanks!
