How long for seeds to dry?

I just saved some green husk tomatillo seeds, I was wondering how long it takes for them to dry out, and how long to be able to use them again. Thanks (:

Other places such as Tomatillo Seed Saving - Seed Saving Forum - GardenWeb say "fully dry" but do not elaborate. Good question for the Seed Saving Forum.
