Need a magnito for Kohler Engine on a troy built rototiller, 7hp, horse. The Kohler model is K161T and sn is 2812871. Can anyone give me the part number for the magnito and where to get it?

We needed the ignition coil for a breaker point type magneto ignition Kohler and the Kohler dealer had them in stock for $100. After telling him he was out of his mind on that price I found the exact same part for a Tecumseh that was a perfect fit on the Kohler for $20.

The Tecumseh part number is 30560A and is readily available as an aftermarket part. Ha ha Mr. Dealer.
