I've got a pair I found in the basement from Woodzig. Also have a Woodzig for parts.

There are some "Electric Pole Saws as Remington" at the link below (or search it) that will give you some good options, longer life and parts if you can handle the weight. The weight over the years has been my only problem. Chains can be purchased or fitted at chainsaw shops.

Such as:

1. I have taken 2-4” + limbs from the trees from the ground.
2. I have cut 10” limbs as firewood with the saw quickly detached from the pole.

I have seen other related that are lighter. Even Troy Built gas 4 Cycles with the motor in your hands (that will take multiple attachments) vs at the top making it heaver.
