I have a 1999 troy built tiller. All I know is that it works as both a rear tine and front tine tiller by swiveling the arm around. Has anyone ever heard of this model? My biggest problem is that I cant engage the wheels to turn on there own

You need to be a big mean fellow to use it as a front tine tiller. They work pretty well if you rotate the handles about 15 or 20 degrees to keep you from walking fresh tilled soil. If you rotate them 180 degrees you may wind up sliced and planted

Can you give us the model name of it?
