Painting the tool shed fence

Thinking today of projects other than moving snow.

I have a white cedar fence around the garden. It's approximately 4 foot high, 210 feet in perimeter. I painted it new with 7 gallons of a Latex, using a cheap Warner sprayer (that holds about one quart of paint). It took several days. That was 7 or 8 years ago.

The local Benny Moore dealer rents a sprayer for $80/day. Do you think that's the best way to paint this fence? I can slide 1/4" hardboard under the panels. There's a gap between the panels and pavers underneath.

Also, what is the best procedure for the slight greening on parts of the fence? Diluted clorox in a pump sprayer?

Thanks in advance.

FWIW, every couple of years the gray vinyl siding on the north side of my house develops a greenish tinge. Cup of bleach in two gallon sprayer and it goes away.

Gorgeous garden and estate, BTW.
