I'm going to put abou 75 feet of soaker hose under mulch this year. Any suggestions on a brand that will last me a few years?

RE: soaker hoses

Only thing i can say about that is to buy a good, plastic, brand of hose, bury it, or how ever ya use it, and don't run over it with yer mower! Simple advice, but not followed by some, who evidently think their hose is made of steel!

An alternative to soaker hoses is drip irrigation. That gives you more control over where the water goes and where it doesn't.
