I saw this in a magazine...multipurpose tool is ideal for close weeding around veggies, flowers, create seed furrows and removes weeds from corners and cracks.

Does anyone have this? Please share info as I'm considering buying one.

Looking for the lowest price too...of course!!

Thanks, ready to go dig in the dirt here!! FINALLY!!

RE: Winged Weeder Jr.

Alanis,

A lot of people like the Winged Weeder design. For close in weeding with it and similar weeders, you have to have "X-ray eyes" to keep from damaging the plants you are weeding around. For close-to-the-plant use, a hand Circle Hoe is less likely to damage your good plants.

I don't have one, but a hand Hula Hoe also shows you where you are cutting.

For close in weeding, I use a Cape Cod weeder, although you have to visualize where the sharp point is under the ground and that one is for right-handed users. If you were left-handed, you would want to find a left-handed style of that tool. The Winged Weeder is suitable for left-handed or right-handed use, as are the Hula weeder and the Circle Hoe.
