I have a karcher electric pressure washer it was left out too late last fall and frost cracked the high pressure housing
the housing has the tiniest highline crack in the thermoplastic, (karcher wants almost 100 for this little piece)
I have clamped the housing to minimize movement of the crack, and got acces tio the inside high pressure side of the crack and made a channel with a dremel and put jb weld in the crack/channel
it held for about 20 seconds of high pressure and started leaking like a seive again, I guess 2000 lb of pressure is just too much, any other ideas??? silicone perhaps since it might take the crack movement??
