Hi. I am a very satisfied Karcher customer and owner of the K 3.99 electric washer. It has been running perfectly with my little jobs of cleaning my small deck and the driveway once or twice a year. I used it a week ago and it was perfect. Today I plugged the water and the electric power on and turned the power switch to "on". The machine "charged" the water and then went into idle waiting to go to work. I let it stand a few minutes while I was clearing the deck and all of a sudden it started "charging" again. After a few minutes it kept running and the power would not go off when I moved the power switch to "off". I can turn it off at the plug circuit breaker, but not at the machine. I'm afraid if I keep going, I will burn out the pump or something else. The water pressure coming out of the wand is just fine.

Help! What do I need to do? I love this machine and would marry her if she had enough money!!!!! Rod - San Francisco Bay Area
