what kind of hoe is this?

Posted by nmhollyhox NM (My Page) on

My Mom has this old hoe that is perfect for weeding. It's not a 90 degree angle hoe, it's flat with a slight curve in the handle. The blade is almost oval-shaped. I can't find one anywhere. Does anyone know what it's called so I can try to find one on the web? If I can figure out how to post a picture, I will. Thank you.

A picture would help. You can't upload your pictures directly to GardenWeb, but you can upload them to a service like PhotoBucket and link to them from here.
