Corded Electric String Trimmer

Hi Folks,

Decided to expand one of my hobbies, beekeeping, from one hive to five (three Langstroth and two Top Bar). The one I had was on the edge of a small locust grove and to accomodate the others, cleared out the dead branches and things. Will need to do occsional trimming with a string trimmer. Noticed today that while the bees aren't particuarly bothered with farm tractors, etc. nearby, they definitely do not like the sound of my Stihl 2cycle trimmer. Thinking about getting an electric corded as it's easy enough to load the genset on a garden cart and drive over there. Better for the genset to be run occasionally-other than power outages-anyway.

Know nothing about electric trimmers, casual look at Amazon they're cheap enough. Definitely don't want a cordless to be used 2-3 times a summer!

Thoughts?

Thanks for your time,

Ev
