Pressure Washer Help/Recommendation

I'm looking to help my parents but a pressure washer. It will get relatively light use and they would like to spend around 300 or so. I understand there are inherent flaws with units in this price range, but that is all they are looking to spend. I am considering the following two models and would appreciate any advice. Thanks.:

If your parents are getting older, they might not want to mess with a gas unit. There is a pretty nice looking Briggs unit out now in your budget.
