RE: echo chain saw hard start

Did you add fuel stabilizer before you let it sit?

Try starting and pull the plug to see if the plug is wet with gas. If it isn't then you aren't getting fuel.

If it has been sitting for a while with gas/oil mix in it it could have stopped something up. If you have gas with ethanol in it then you may have a water problem. Fuel stabilizer helps prevent this.

Drain the tank and add new fresh fuel.

RE: echo chain saw hard start

i guess your saying from here on in with the crappy ethanol....stabilizer is the way to go.....during the season as well........i always run out my other machines for the winter....any brand preference....i use to use the way i ran out the chainsaw for the winter after my hurricane sandy experience.....thx
