| Purchased an Echo power broom received tool broken and incomplete from factory. Company refuses to send replacement unit and instead refurbished tool. the cost was $633.33 for a refurbished tool. warning if you are looking for a power broom avoid Golden eagle distributing they will charge full new price and deliver a refurb. buy from a company with better customer service, Stan and steve could care less |

| I did not comment because I was trying to let this post sit at the top for a while so people can see it. Keep respond to this post when it fade to the bottom and keep it at the top. I have very bad experience with GardenLand in Cambell, Calif. They don't honor warrantee insist that I used old gas and tune out that I found metal fragments inside the carb. Very rude also. We should have a place to post people's experience with dealers, online store so others can avoid it. This is how ebay keep the store honest because they post the rating of each store. |
