I bought a used electric pressure washer .When i try to use it there is very little pressure.The unit will run and then once pressure builds it will turn off/on very quickly.i believe it should build pressure the shut off until needed again.Anyone know what the problem is .Thanks

Your pressure relief is either mis-adjusted or has internal parts corroded in place.
Needless to say, buying used is risky, generally the equipment is poorly maintained.
