| The output voltage on my DeVilbiss GT5000 generator is low. I have hardly used the generator due to starting and running problems, which I have finally overcome. It has less than two hours on it. If I manually push the throttle, rather than let it be controlled by the governor, the voltage rises. Is there a way for me to reset the governor?
Thank you,

| Yes, there would be either an adjustment or one must bend linkage parts to do it. The "however" that goes along with that is the speed should be set properly and you will need a tach to do that. |
