| I am looking for a vacuum fuel pump . Its for a kipor kge 1000ti genset. I am in B.C. Canada. The local shop has to get it out of eastern Canada. Part plus shipping $50 to $60 dollars. Anyone out there get it for me cheaper? Or an after market part. Bob |

Can't you buy one of the vacuum type of fuel pump? An aftermarket pump will work well. To get the vacuum to operate the pump, i get a brass fuel line threaded nipple, drill a hole in the plastic oil fill tube, up near the top, then screw in the nipple, and attach the hose to it! I've seen several types, especially on B&S Vanguard engines. The pump does not "suck" the oil up the dip-stick tube! But it does give you the vacuum to operate the pump. |
