| I'm looking to purchase a North Star 30 ton gas powered log splitter from Northern Tool, can anyone give me any feedback on this product or on any North Star product? |

| If it's the one I'm looking at on page 39 of their catalog, it looks like a decent unit. It's probably made in China, as most of what they sell is. However, it's got a Honda engine which is a BIG plus. 2 year warranty looks good-see where the local "warranty" place is in your area though.
