Avocado picker

I wamt to get an avocado picker for my trees and while there are two or three that I could find on the internet, none of them have good descriptions of how they work or how to fasten them to a pole.

We have an avocado tree, pomegranite, persimmon, apple, and pear trees but a specialized tool would be most useful for the avocado, persimmon, and pomegranite trees.

Can anyone recommend one of the pole type pickers that is especially good?

RE: Avocado picker

Hi Dmullen!

I also have lots of trees in my lawn. In fact, I have a mango tree. My picker was a gift from my sister which she bought from It is Avocado Picker Head - Avocado Picker Head by various. It cost her $55. Since I don't have a pool cleaner pole so I still bought one. But it's okay as it works well. If you have taller trees, then your pool pole should be longer.

Sam :)

Thanks for the response. I think that you have the one that I have decided to buy.
