That could be a good Fun Basic Chainsaw Project. I would suggest working with a Local TechâÂÂs Small Eng Shop or Lawn Service that repaired their own equipment âÂÂfor YearsâÂÂ. Small Engines courses were popular at some High Schools and Community Colleges 70âÂÂs 80s but IâÂÂm not sure now. I feel it has to be a quality trade for both of you to gain.

A structured training setting would be ideal but Technology has replaced those classes IMO and Hands-On Techs are your best training Today. Good Luck Stepping Back In Time. I enjoy stepping back but I started in the mid 60s. I probably worked that saw in the mid 70s.
