A question??

I couldn't access this web-site for the past few days! I got a message that my computer was at fault, but i knew it wasn't. Was the web-site down? I got messages to contact my internet provider, but that showed me nothing! I am assuming it wasn't me.

This site has been up and running. Not very well as usual but it's been here.

Well, it is back to normal now. And not because of anything i was able to do or trace. Just suddenly was there- the next time i poked the button of the site!
My computer hasn't had any problems that might have caused it. Maybe the site was doing some maintenance, was the problem. All of my other web-sites came on as usual when i'd poke their name.
