OK, we all know that the days of buying something based on HP are gone and now it's "cc." Found this site which actually does a pretty good job of explaining it and actually explains how three identical engines from the same Mfg. can have three different HP ratings.

essentially, 25cc equates to one HP, the HP number can then go up or down depending on "engine tuning."

If correct, that's simple enough for me to remember.
