Stihl HS-80 trimmern primer bulb

How do I replace a primer buld on a Stihl HS-80 trimmer.

I can not get to one of the little screws, it is behind the orange plastic part that the throtle cable is attached.

I am not sure how to remove the orange part or is there another trick I am missing?
