when it cranks it acts like a fuel problem or maybe a fouled plug.

that's really not alot of information to go on? It's probably not getting gas through the carb. from setting all winter which caused the carb. to gum up, try using some carb. cleaner (hence gummout)read the instructions on the can it just may fix it?

IMO you also need to click over to disscussion forum(at the top of the page when you first bring up the site. Not many people use gallery ( you will have more of a change to get more opinions on your problem, I guess it's mainly for large pictures
