Craftsman YS4500 42' - Not cutting grass evenly and battery dead

Hi folks,
Owner of YS4500 Lawn Mower.
I've recently noticed that it doesn't cut grass evenly. The right hand side is the one causing the issue and seems to be leaving grass behind. I'd say at least an inch higher.
In past I did bend blades few times, tried to straighted them out but that of course didn't go to well. I purchased the new ones but still same problem.
Any ideas?
Also, I just found out that my battery is dead. This tractor is just over a year old and I mowed the lawn last time couple weeks ago and it just started fine back then. Yesterday I went to start it and nothing. Had to get it boosted.

| My yard looked better after checking the air pressure in the tires. One tire was low and the deck cut uneven. That's bout all I know about that. |
