Hello. I have a Toro walk-behind with a Kawasaki FB460V FS08. It's a pull start. It will not start cold without multiple pulls, and usually floods. Have replaced carb needle valve and cleaned carb. It sparks, but is very weak. Does anyone know how to test the coil and igniter? I looked at a manual, but don't understand how to conduct tests. It runs good when running and will restart quickly when warm. It takes about 75 pulls to start it cold. It is getting gas. Any suggestions? Thanks.
