Bolens G-12 HELP!

| My Bolens G 12 transmission is so noisy I cannot stand it! Any thaught is to what it may be? Gears look ok, but could it be an imput bearing or something? Gets louder when pulling loads! |

Sounds like it to me. I'm no expert on these Bolens yet, but it would make sense. I just bought a Bolens HT23, but it had a bad rod in the engine. I knew it had a problem when I bought it, but it looked like a new one, so I bought it, figuring to work on the engine. Unfortunately, it isn't in production anymore, and to get a new short block, you have to get a second mortgage on your house, well.... almost. Check out this Bolens forum, these guys know Bolens inside out. Go on there they are a friendly bunch. Ask any questions and they will give you the answers you need.
Google MTF forum and you should be able to find it. |
