John Deere TRS32 Wheels Locked

I have a John Deere TRS32 and the drive wheels are locked up. I was told this is due to the gears in the transmission area.

I was able to locate a couple youtube videos fixing the issue, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAJwjKWAvKI and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FT0OYcqcF1s

Basically I need the gear kit that is described in the video for my John Deere. Anyone know a part number for this kit? Or able to point me in the right direction?

Or, I know current John Deere models are made by Simplicity, anyone know who made them back in 1989?
