I have 7 hp Tecumseh on a snowblower . It does start and run but when you tilt the blower front or back it dies . Also when when you shut it off gas leak out of the carb if you don't shut the tank off . thanks for the help

I would replace the needle and seat in the carb. The grooved side of the seat faces UP.
