Engine Model & Type #'s can be useful.

The 2 yellow wires come from the alternator and connect to the Voltage Regulator.
To test the alternator, disconnect the plug.
Measure the AC voltage between the Yellow wires.
Depending on the alternator type, you should have either 28 or 40 Volts MINIMUM.
<28 and the alternator is definitely bad. 28-39????

Got other Dixon problems? I may be able to help and have a few Dixon parts.
