Highly doubtful that they could ever be affixed twice, even if you managed to get them off somewhat "intact".
Better plan to pony up for some new decals as well in this case.
But............you can't be blamed entirely for this adolescent type mistake! Your neighbor is at fault too.
If he was going to let you drive his tractor............he should have made it clear where you were supposed to sit. :^)

Thanks Monie, but I am at fault. He lets me walk my dog up into his farm fields. I was in front of his shed, when my phone rang. While talking on the phone, I backed up and sat down on the hood of his JD GT245.. The plastic hood popped into several pieces. My fault.
The labels, as John Deere calls them are heavier and thicker than decals, so I thought I could save a buck, by reusing them.
