tuff torq k51 bypass arm

I have a JD LT155 with the Tuff Torq K51 transmission and the plastic BYPASS ARM is broken.

I buy another one, but the new part is different (iron) and do not going on the shaft

the new part M808831 BYPASS ARM

How can I doo.
