When try to start it , the engine will start to turn over, then it stops (freezes).

I can manually turn the motor past that point, however when I try the starter again, it does the same thing and stops again (everytime). The starter can not get it past that point, Starter sounds OK

Tried jumping the battery just in case it was weak, It turned over a lot faster but still did the same exact thing.
