| I have a GT275 that needs a mower deck. It's 48 inch and has the following numbers: M0048DF102360.
I have found a scrap LX188 with a 48 inch deck with the following numbers: M0048DD110755. Will the LX188 deck fit the GT275 with no modification? Thanks for your help. |

| I'd bet yes. They both are the same style decks. I tossed them on parts look up(per application rather than your specs on the deck) The latter GT275 deck housing is the same part #. Seeing as tho you have a a DF, that would be later than a DD. It may not even make a difference. The rear stack pulley is the same in both. |

| Well, it will cost me 50 bucks to find out. I do get a salvage lx188 though. Might sell some parts off it or the whole thing if the deck doesn't fit. Should be able to get my $ back. |

| I got the 188 and it's a little rough. Many usable parts that I can selland have posted that on the sale items. I took the deck off the 188 and the deck is OK for it's age and appears to be rusting in the middle. About a quarter size hole. These decks are built for so many different tractors and have misc holes scattered throughout so rust can start. Will post another thread on reassembly. |
