Craftsman lawn tractor.

I sold the tractor to a neighbor, about 2 years ago. All was goot with it, then.

She called this a.m., said it won't start. Went to see-found new battery DEAD! Put jumper cable from truck-started right up. HMMM.

Last fall, i told her to cover the tractor with something, and to use the trickle charger once a month. Didn't do it! They have 4 garage bays, but not enough time to put tractor inside. Only 3 cars.

So, as i was loading it up--lady sez for me to take it home, and keep it! She sez they are going to buy a new one.

Well, that advice wasn't hard to take! It is now in my driveway. Along with all of the grass ketcher!

Would keep an extra tractor parking spot open, Rusty.... My guess is you will soon be in receipt of another gift tractor from that source... :)

Well, near as i can figure--the charging system is not working correctly, and as soon as another guy picks up his lawn tractor, i'll work on it.
I have to wack the weeds around here, as they think i've forgotten about them--but i haven't! LEER!
Then next week giffs a trip or two to the scrap yard with a bunch of no-runs. But, today the sun is shining, so off to the back yard! RJ
