Grass cutting higher in center

My Cub Cadet series 1000 is not cutting well after going over a large stone. It is leaving the center only too high. It is missing cutting some grass in the center. Is this a function of a blade that requires sharpening now of misalignment of the blades?

Hopefully it is just a mangled blade. Does the mower vibrate violently when running? Could also be a bent or broken quill or worse case, a bent deck shell. Taking the mower deck off and inspecting underneath would be a good start.
