The era of cheap oil is over , and has been for 40 years....Yet "economy of operation" is still an unknown.

GT is a garden tractor, by definition heavier and can handle ground engaging implements, that is as opposed to a LT which is a lawn tractor and cuts grass, pulls a small cart, lawn sweeper etc.

Dino is regular oil from the ground, as opposed to synthetic.

I remember the gas shortage back in the 70's when people were selling (giving away) their big 8 cylinder vehicles so they could pay top dollar (PLUS due to demand) for any 4 cylinder toyota, Datsun, etc. A popular bumper sticker at the time was "America is a unique maket, we'll pay the highest price for economy. Words to that effect anyway.

I remember gas at 30 cents a gallon when I was in High School.....
