Best way to fix is get down on hands and knees, with a flash-light and peer underneath the machine, and look for a detached rod or lever, that maybe a cotter-pin, or spring steel clip has fallen out or broken. Not much else could cause the problem, i'd say. And sometimes, the mfgrs use cheap bolts and nuts, or forget a lock washer that would hold things tight. I'm not familiar with that make. Is there a dealer handy to you? Or, is it too old for a dealer to still be in business? Rusty J.
