| Although I have the Tech Manual for the STX38 it doesn't cover removal of the mower deck - I guess that's in the Owners Manual, which I don't have. Looking under the machine I don't see an obvious way to remove the deck. I do see where to disconnect the hanger rods on the front, but can't see what to unhook on the back. Can anybody help me out? |

| Many have the 2 large removable pins that are more centrally located and the back of those arms rest in the rear hangers. I put those pins in so the clips are on the outside, but others leave the head on the outside-so then the clips are then at the inner rail. |

| Thanks, Tom. I saw those pins, but it didn't look like removing them would release the deck. The clips are to the inside of the rails, so they're gonna be hard to get to --- but I'll reverse that when I reinstall. Thanks again. |
