Kohler 10hp

Tractor Model Number 05-42MR04

It has 8 speeds, 4 by high/low, a Kohler 10. I need to make this thing a bit faster. Maybe there's pulley that I can purchase to do this. I don't want to go crazy fast; I just want to motor around the yard quicker with the trailer and such and have some fun.

My guess is that you will have some experimenting to do. I would start with a smaller input pulley on the trans and start hanging belts.

Hey, Thanks. I figured so. My attempt was to see if anyone, by coincidence, had done this on the 312-8 and would have P/Ns and such. No troubles at all though; I have a fine hardware/tractor supply place to visit in Chester NY. It's called Tractor Supply and they have just about everything that's 'important'.
