Want to buy a transistor module

Anyone have a used transistor module for a 25 hp Briggs Magnetron Setup they would like to sell? If you're not sure it's a little silver box that has 3 wires epoxied into it that runs to the alternator ring.

Or know any place online that sells used mower parts?

Or, have the schematic for it that you can send me so I can build one?

Actually, I guess Briggs calls it a voltage regulator and it is part number 501B for model number 445777-0168-e1.
