MTD Yard Machine ??

I have a Yard Machine mdl 13A1675H062 46 " deck.
Removed deck replaced drive belt replaced deck
My Question is on Right Rear Axle There were two springs one small diameter about 3/8 " attached to lever on deck.. One was attached to rear axle below previous spring and was large about 3/4 in diameter popped off of axle and have no idea where it attached any help would be appreciated

go to the link. Enter requested info. Should be able to d/l a parts list with diagrams for your machine and may help you locate spring and attachment point.

I downloaded the manual but it does not show the spring at all. Thanks for the info though

Hi.
I have a MTD/Bolens 46"

My deck has 2 springs too. The little one on the right goes to the brake that makes the deck stop turning with the blades are not engaged. The big one on the left attaches to the deck and tensions the deck belt. The other end connects to a rather flimsy looking metal clip that hangs off of the left arm of the transaxle.
