i have a briggs and stratton twin 16 engine was starting fine,now all of a sudden turns over fine but won't start.has spark both cylinders and checked compression it was around 100 on each cylinder.when it's turning over it sounds like it's almost gonna start and theres blue smoke coming out of one exhaust but not the other,i've checked the spark plugs after trying to start and one plug will be wet(the one with smoke coming out the exhaust) and the other is dry.any one have any ideas what could be wrong?
