You would have better luck getting a parts diagram if you had the correct type number. More than likely you are dealing with the seals on the end of the fuel tubes or possibly the main jets that fit in the tube. If you remove them, note that they differ from side to side.

A type 0243 doesn't come up, but a 0248 does. Could the 3 really be an 8?
Of course, the carb# you posted doesn't come up either.

Thanks for the info you posted, I appreciate the time you spent. I double checked the Type and found after lightly sanding the area that I had indeed made a mistake in reading the number. The code was 0242-E1, that made the diagnosis more easier to do especially after the point in the right direction from the forum. I did find that I had lost the main fuel jet in the cleaning I did on the carb. I have ordered a new one and will post the results after I make the repair.
