12hp Briggs not moving flywheel

I have a 280707 12hp on an old tractor. i noticed that there was gas in my oil and I changed immediately. Shortly there after upon starting troubles I noticed fuel coming out of exhaust. Now the starter engages and the flywhell barley budges. Eliminate stareter problems those have been eliminated. I can turn by hand but not as freely as I would think. I removed the spark plug and cranked same result. I have removed the piece to look at the piston and when turning by hand both valves are moving freely. I havent a clue as to where to go next. I have not pulled the flywheel as this is belt driven.

Your excessive gasoline may have stripped all the lube of the piston & cylinder wall.
Try squirting a little oil in there-

What kind of engine drives the flywheel with a belt???
I've never seen that. If you removed the cylinder head, and you can see the valves moving, was the big, round thing (the piston) moving up and down???
Also, in most engines, the flywheel ( another big round thing) turns with the crank-shaft, when the shaft is rotated. This is because the piston is connected to the crank-shaft by the connecting rod. The flywheel is held on by a large nut, and has a key that keeps it in "time" with the crankshaft. The key is usually made of steel or aluminum, depends on the type of usage.
