Craftsman Pressure Washer Pump Assembly

Jerry

I have a Craftsman Pressure Washer that will not build pressure. About 2 years ago, one of the seals leaked and I got water in the oil of the pump. Replaced the Axial Cam Assembly, replaced the o-ring seals, and added new oil. Worked fine after that. Price for Axial Cam kit was $100.

Went to start it up for the first time this season and it will not build pressure. Engine runs fine but pump output never changes.

Can purchase a rebuild kit that contains all o-rings for the pump for about $60. or buy a new pump for $210.

Unit is now 11 years old.

Do any of you have any suggestions on what possible areas I should check to determine what is causing the problem. As always, thanks for any help you experts can provide.
