powr kraft wont start

engine seems like its to tight and will not turn over, solinoid clicks and i have tested it and its fine, all safety switches are good and ignition is good, i pulled spark plugs out and can get it to turn over with a jump start direct to starter, but will not turn with plugs in, i thought it might be the valves but there is no adjustment on them, so what can in do the motor is a 18.5 dohv

HUH!

Get the battery charged & LOAD TESTED.

IF this is a Briggs OHV engine, adjust the valves.

Briggs engine? No adjustment on the valves?
Look on the engine itself and find some numbers labeled as Model and Type
Post the numbers you find listed like that and we will know better what your problem might be.

Miles, you need to perform the other parts of my post above and get the actual model number and type number from the engine and put them up here so we KNOW which engine you have.
See image below for an example of what I am referring to.
Your model and type number might be on a metal tag that is riveted to the engine, but if it is a Briggs, it will be displayed somehow, somewhere on the engine.
